September Photo Shoots

Newborn - Kerry had a voucher bought her for the birth of her baby and it was a pleasure to have them in studio,  the photos are so cute and Kerry was over the moon with her gift...

Emma came into studio to get a photo of all the kiddies together to finish off her montage - looks fab.

Amy bought Logan to his birthday cake smash, we had fun.  The famous vintage hearts background was chosen and Logan borrowed our nappy cover and bow tie.  The cake was fab made by the wonderful hollies sweet cakes.

Claire bought little frankie for her 1st birthday cake smash.  The red was bright against the White background. - and a cutie she looked in her minnie outfit.

Ann was the winner of our paint splash charity auction and bought ebony for the shoot - ebony loved painting and really enjoyed herself, onc she realised she could get it on her clothes lol x

Rachel bought in slenea to demonstrate our pastel spots background and what a cutie - 

Aimee came with her gorg little one for his 1st birthday shoot too, again the cake made by hollies SweetCakes and the new blue spots background was used - which looked fab x

Kim was the winner of our jelly splatt charity auction and bought in little brave Harvey.  He loved it even tho was very clingy to mum x

We had Nicola and shellie bring in their cuties who were chosen for the new vest scene - I'm sure you will agree they were perfect x. This new scene can be used during any shoot or as part of our watch me grow package x

Melissa bought in little Elsie - so so cute against our vintage wood hearts scene x

Caris had a lovely family shoot - we had to play lots of games, but got some wonderful photos as we played x

Tracy came and we had lots of fun, the little model was perfect, and we couldn't believe how quick we got the photos x

Rachel bought in Lilly for her 1st birthday cake smash, and what a cutie she was, even tho she kept pulling her little tutu dress down - she had us in laughter and I know dad enjoyed the cake - cake made by hollies SweetCakes 

Amy bought in little Ollie with our lovely cars background, he was tired and a little miserable but patience works wondered and the pics are awesome 

Wall Of Hope

Well it's been eventful since the photo shoot days.  Natalie and I spent an afternoon going through the photos and made selections ready for the wall...

We have worked out poster sizes to create a college and posters have been designed.

We will be meeting arose soon to look at the final photos and then I will be looking at printing them. 

Exciting times x

Stories will be put in a book for parents to read and there will be a couple of copies.

I want to thank everyone for coming to the photo shoots and for providing a story, I know this has been difficult for a lot of you but your help and thoughts are appreciated and I'm certain new parents will find them to be helpful and hopeful x

Wall Of Hope - North Staffs Nicu

So we had 2 photo shoot days and I took hundreds of photos during those two days.  I was lucky to meet all the special babies and hear a brief insight to their stories...

It touches my heart, and I feel wonderful and hope this wall will help new mums.

It has been difficult to decide on the photos as they were all so good, so Natalie and I sat over coffee arranging them all and deciding on the pics.

The next step is the design of the posters and then a meeting at the hospital to show them all.

 Then it's the printing and the launch.

It's very exciting x

Wall of hope - nicu north staffs - intro

We are creating a Wall of Hope for North Staffs NICU so that parents can see there is hope and a light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm doing this because I met a Wonderful person Natalie Taylor and her daughter Jess who was born at 23 weeks.  The story inspired me so much that early this year I auctioned some photo shoots to raise money.  

And once again in Aug Natalie and I did some more auctions of photos shoots and cakes to raise further funds. 

I took some photos of Jess and her friend Morgan - also a preemie and the photos were so good the hospital staff asked if they could have a photo for their wall.  

Since discussing with them we have since decided to invite other babies and children to have photos taken (photo shoots are happening during Sept). These photos will then be made into posters to create a Wall of Hope for the parents family room to show other peoples stories - to give a little hope to families.

Staff are excited as am I, and the response has been incredible with people travelling to have their pictures taken to be included in the wall.

August photo shoots

Kayla - free shoot

It was lovely to see Kayla again - so cute and growing fast.  I love rewarding previous customers with free shoots and prints during competitions.  Mum selected a few other prints to go along with the free one. A plain background was chosen.

Fuzana family shoot

The vintage hearts background is always very popular.  And this lovely brother and sister loved having their photos taken.  Mum is in the process of choosing a wall art piece x

Was lovely to see this family again, cannot believe it has been that long, and how they had both grown.  I do love it watching my customers children grow x

Was nice to meet Ann and her children - they were all very well behaved x mum chose the popular vintage hearts background - and some lovely prints using our monthly special offer.

Rupi 1st birthday

Little rupi was a preemie 23weeker and came to celebrate her 2nd 1st birthday :). Her actual due date.  They travelled from leister shire specially for our famous cake smash photo shoot.

Megan with Oliver - 1st birthday

The last time Oliver was in studio he was a newborn laying in my basket under the tree.  Now he was a big 1 doing our famous cake smash photo shoot x

Another winner from our annual birthday competition.  Little Joshua and mum and dad, they loved the first visit even though Joshua was a little grumpy , looking forward to seeing him again for our christmas photo shoots x

This little cutie came to studio - such a little star with our white plain background. She was wonderful and mum and nana loved the photos x

2nd birthday

I love our cake smashes and this one was enjoyable, mum and dad enjoyed it as much as she did and she loved playing with the sponge xx

July shoots week 4

1st birthday surprise

Dempsey paint shoot

Lovely to see Kelly with Dempsey again, he loved the paint splash so much, what a cutie.  We did have to bath him - warning these are truly messy play shoots lol x

Elena 2nd birthday

This was a free shoot upgraded to a cake smash.  Mum went for a frozen theme cake and outfit and elena was a cutie pie and loved biting the cake.  The colour was very messy tho lol x

Lilly was so so shy, must have been one of the shyest I've had in studio, but lots of patience and we truly got some wonderful pictures, and you have to agree - what a cutie x

Adam - 1st birthday

We had Adam in studio for 1st birthday what a cutie in his suit.  The cake was designed by Hollies Sweet Cakes to match our background and it looked fab.

Adam was cutie and enjoyed playing with the cake, he didn't want to try it tho. Xx

Xander 1st birthday

It was lovely to see xander again, after he was one of our newborn free trials.  His mum chose a white background with green and yellow bunting balloons and cake.  It looked fab and he had so much fun.  Balloons by bumble bee balloons and cake by Hollies SweetCakes.  What a great shoot, and I could believe how much he had grown x

Sophia 1st birthday. 

What a lovely gift to buy someone, a cake smash birthday shoot.  It was amazing and Sophia loved it.  The pink fairies background was chosen and she looked a proper little cutie.   Mum was over them soon with the gift.  Xx

Alyssa - paint splash

These shoots are amazing experience for little ones and Alyssa loved every minute.  She had so much fun painting and really enjoyed the experience, mum loved the photos we captured, something she will cherish forever. X

Wakelin family

We met Harrison and mum and dad and had some lovely family photos done.  The photos were done on our white background and he was a proper cutie.  Xx

Little Lacey was lovely and William what a cutie.  The vintage hearts background was chosen and it looked fab.  Mum loved the photos x I love happy customers x

Jacks 1st birthday

This is the second time we have had Jack in studio , this time for his cake smash 1st birthday shoot.

He was a little tired but loved getting into the cake, once I cut out a slice there was no stopping him.  He literally ate a full slice - or should I call it a slab lol I couldn't believe it.

We had some lovely photos. And mum picked some lovely prints x 

The cake was buy hollies SweetCakes , the customer bought her own balloon and the scene was vintage doors x

Izzy age 2 and Luca age 1

We did a birthday cake smash with a difference.

Izzy and Luca's birthdays are a few weeks apart.  With izzy turning 2 and Luxa being 1.

A joint cake smash was decided using a white background, with pink balloons and blue balloons from bumble bee balloons and a double wammy cake from Hollies sweet cakes. 

The photos are amazing and after a shy start from izzy she well and truly demolished the cake leaving nothing lol x

You will agree the pics are gorgeous x

Teddy 1st Birthday

Cute little Teddy had his birthday cake smash photo shoot.  Such a cutie, with his check shirt and bow tie.

Was cute that mum bought a hot air balloon from his birthday party, looked very cute.  He managed to demolish over half the cake and loved the blue butter icing.  He is such a cutie teddy bear and the photos ar wonderful x
